Our first After School Program founded in 2000, has lead YWCA Jamestown to now operates four After School Programs in partnership with Jamestown Public Schools.

Programs
YWCA After School programs provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children to be during the critical after 3 p.m. hours.
Purpose:
After School Mission: To provide quality enrichment activities in a structured and supervised setting, which allow youth the opportunity to develop to their fullest potential.
We accomplish this mission by providing age-appropriate activities that encourage youth to explore their interests, such as cooking, robotics, art, drama, reading, community service projects, fitness fun, and cultural exploration.
A healthy snack, plus tutoring/homework help is provided.
Partners:
YWCA Jamestown After School programs is operated in partnership with Jamestown Public Schools, Chautauqua Striders, New York State Office of Children and Family Services, and several other area organizations.
