TEAM
TEEN EDUCATION AND MOTHERHOOD

TEAM is a multifaceted support system for teen parents (both mothers and fathers) in Chautauqua County.  TEAM has been a part of Chautauqua County for approximately 50 years.

TEAM provides students with case management services, life skills, and parenting skills helping to navigate the world as a teenager and a parent. 

 

TEAM operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-3:00 pm, following the Jamestown Public School calendar.
