Yoga benefits every part of the body.  It stretches and tones the muscles, the spine, and the entire skeletal system through postures that build strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation.

Classes offered at YWCA Jamestown address the individual capabilities of each student. Basic knowledge and safety are generally mastered in six classes, and then participants progress to levels of their own choosing in classes designed for multiple ability levels.

Multi-Level Yoga:
9:15-10:15 am

Per Class: $6
Prepaid Punch Cards: $25*
* Punch cards include 5 classes. You may attend any class at any time.
