Licensed by the New York State Office of Children & Family Services, YWCA Jamestown's Early Care & Education program has over 40 years of dedicated service to our community!

Classrooms:

Bumble Bears (Infant Program):

• from age 6 weeks to 18 months

• a loving and nurturing environment

• a wide variety of activities for growth and learning

• a basis for future nutritional habits

Dandeelions (Preschool Program): 

• from age 3 to 4

• developmentally appropriate activities for 3-year-olds

• long periods of play for exploration

• activities planned according to learning style differences

UPK 3 Year Old Class:

• Contract with Jamestown Public Schools

• Open to residents in the Jamestown school District at no cost

• 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (with wrap care available for a fee)

• Follows Jamestown school district calendar (September-June)

• Certified teachers using the Creative Curriculum preparing children for UPK 4

UPK 4 Year Old Class:

• Contract with Jamestown Public Schools

• Open to residents in Jamestown school District at no cost

• 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (with wrap care available for a fee)

• Follows Jamestown school district calendar (September-June)

• Certified teachers, preparing children for successful future school years
