A Space Where All Bodies Are Yoga Bodies!
Andrea (she/they) is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, committed to making yoga accessible for all. She completed her 200-hour training through the Himalayan Institute in 2019, followed by Yoga For All(™) and Accessible Yoga(™) certifications. In 2022, she earned her 300-hour training through The Path to Yoga, Justice, and Equity with Dianne Bondy Yoga.
Andrea has taught yoga since 2019, both in-person and online, creating welcoming spaces for people of all body types and abilities. Using gender-neutral and trauma-sensitive language, she ensures that each participant feels safe and empowered in their practice. Andrea believes that yoga is not about flexibility or appearance but about breath, presence, and self-acceptance.
Beyond yoga, Andrea is the founder of Ample Movement, leading inclusive, body-positive outdoor adventures. She also works with Whoa Travel, guiding plus-size group trips worldwide. Passionate about body liberation and social justice, Andrea is dedicated to helping others find freedom and joy in movement.
