A county-wide collective of organizations, businesses, and community members working to promote racial and social justice through inclusion, diversity, equity, and access.

Solutions Teams

The three Solutions Teams (Working Groups) were created based on the top three priorities, or concerns, raised by the community during the I.D.E.A. Coalition's town hall meetings and canvassing during 2023.
