Young Women Choosing Action
Young Women Choosing Action is a new program at YWCA Jamestown. The first cohort of Young Women Choosing Action started in the Spring of 2024.
Young Women Choosing Action was created by YWCA, USA in partnership with Centene Corporation. This program was piloted by three other YWCA organizations throughout the United States.
The focus of this program is youth voice and leadership skills. Participants will put together a Social Justice/ Advocacy project from planning stages to execution of the project. Further information can be found at: https://www.ywca.org/choosing-action.
